Mrs. Kristin Berka, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant
practicing the specialty of dermatology since 2002. Mrs. Berka
received her undergraduate degree in General Science from
Springfield College in Massachusetts. She graduated from the
Springfield College Physician Assistant Program in 2001. Mrs.
Berka has experience in pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology,
plastic surgery, internal medicine and general surgery. Mrs.
Berka has been been caring for the dermatologic needs of the
communities of Charlotte and Rock Hill for 6 years with extensive
training under Dr. Richard White in Charlotte, NC.
Mrs. Berka continues to expand her broad knowledge base through continued medical and dermatologic training. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the North Carolina Association of Physician Assistants, the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the Metrolina Association of Physician Assistants, the Charlotte Women's Dermatology Society, and the Charlotte Dermatology Physician Assistants Society. Mrs. Berka serves as an investigator for clinical studies to enhance her personal medical understanding as well as that of the general medical community.
Mrs. Berka offers same day appointments in all areas of general dermatology including acne, eczema, melasma, mole checks, psoriasis, rashes, seborrheic dermatitis, and skin cancer. She is also well trained in the cosmetic removal of skin tags, brown spots and moles.
Mrs. Berka has immediate appointments available for general dermatology care as well as cosmetic procedures and consultations.
